Our story
PARiTA is the leading software company helping organizations accelerate their diversity and inclusion progress through sophisticated analytics and tools. Our people analytics platform was one of the very first products of its kind, originating with our nonprofit sister organization, Parity.Org. After successfully incubating and beta testing our software within Parity.Org's vast network of corporate partners, we created PARiTA in 2023, to keep the platform on the leading-edge of quickly-evolving people measurement practices and standards.

Ann Burgraff Rowell
Ann is a technology startup veteran with more than 20 years of experience in early-stage startups including Salesforce, NetGravity, DoubleClick, Gupshup, Satmetrix, Qlik, LexisNexis, Whiterabbit.ai, and others, driving growth thru effective go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution.
