Personal Information We May Collect

Parita collects Personal Information when you visit and interact with the Sites, respond to surveys, subscribe to our newsletter, or request that we contact you. Personal information collected from these sources may include your name, employer’s name, job title, email address and other contact information you choose to provide. We may also collect Personal Information provided in response to our surveys and questionnaires.

When you make a payment using a credit card, our third-party service provider will collect and process your credit card information on our behalf. Parita does not directly collect or store your credit card or payment information.

 

Personal Information Collected in Connection with PARiTAinsight

Parita also collects Personal Information in connection with its operation of PARiTAinsight. We act as a service provider to organizations that sign up for PARiTA products (“Participants”) by providing them with statistical information about their workforce and board members for use in the evaluation of situations like hiring, retention and compensation practices. Each Participant provides us with limited categories of employee and board member Personal Information (“Participant Personal Information”) and other data that we use to generate these statistical models. Please note, in this process, we do not collect names, home addresses, contact information, or social security numbers of Participants’ employees or board members. We do not use, retain or disclose Participant Personal Information for any other purpose other than generating statistical information for Participants and for research purposes. If you are or were an employee or board member of an organization that participates in PARiTA products and has provided your Personal Information to us, please contact the organization directly for information about your rights with respect to your Personal Information.

How We Use Personal Information

We use Personal Information to operate the Sites and provide our services. This includes processing payments, registering individuals and organizations as product participants, providing recipients on our email list with periodic newsletters and information about new developments related to Parita and industry issues. We may periodically contact you with offers, surveys, and information about our services, your registration, legal notices, or other important information.

We do not use, retain or disclose Participant Personal Information for any purpose other than generating statistical information for Participants in connection with the products and for research purposes. We also de-identify or aggregate Personal Information we obtain from Participants for use in research studies we sponsor.

We may disclose Personal information with selected vendors that provide us with services, including companies that provide us with IT technical support, assistance in respect of the Sites.
